I have more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in both the brokerage and investment advisory spaces. As a former business owner and consultant, I have served high-net-worth clients for over 35 years. As a member of the firm’s Board of Managers, I play a key role in ongoing business and financial management. As Chief Compliance Officer, I lead our regulatory compliance program, negotiate and approve all contracts and agreements, and direct our technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity efforts. I also play an official/unofficial role as the firm grammarian.
I hold the professional designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIFⓇ). My previous FINRA licenses include Series 7, 31, 63, and 65.
I reside in Pittsburgh’s bustling Lawrenceville with my wife, Sherry and our dog, Marley. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, food, music, art, literature, and spending time with my beloved daughter, Caitlin, and her family.
