Business Operations Associate
I launched my career transition from law to finance in 2023. When I came across the job description for the Business Operations Associate role, I knew that it would be fulfilling to wear a lot of different hats that leveraged all my prior professional experiences and skills.
In my position, I am a key member of our practice management team and contribute to a wide variety of human resources, benefits administration, finance, marketing, event planning, and physical plant projects at Gibson Capital. I bring a wealth of marketing and event planning skills to the firm and previously spent more than seven years as a Law Office Manager and Legal Assistant before joining our team.
I earned the Society for Human Resources Management certified professional designation and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Pittsburgh. I reside in Wexford with my husband, Damon, and children, Adelaide and Leyton. In unscheduled time, I enjoy cooking, camping, skiing, and hosting gatherings of friends and family.
