For over 20 years, Brenda has been the architect of our strategic vision. When she joined the firm in 1997, she brought a wealth of organizational development and human resources knowledge. Brenda recognized early the need to transform Roger’s practice into a professionally managed firm. Combined with her solid accounting background and experience managing and leading people in the nonprofit world, Brenda focused her efforts on developing our corporate culture and building an enduring independent organization. She has spent the last 10 years coaching and mentoring the firm’s next generation of leaders.
