Client Service Administrator
Full-time, salaried non-exempt position.

The position:
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our office as a Client Service Administrator (CSA). The CSA’s responsibilities involve a wide range of duties that support the advisory team in maintaining a high level of client service for an assigned group of client relationships. Responsibilities are centered primarily on portfolio accounting, client service, and client reporting.
In this role, you’ll make a positive impact in the following ways:
- Act as day-to-day point of contact and subject matter expert for our advisory team
- Oversee assigned client accounts, providing swift response to client or advisor requests, efficient problem resolution, operational and regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
- Consult with custodians on best practices, solutions, and products to meet client objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate service to the client
- Escalate relevant issues to senior team members or management
- Leverage understanding of industry trends, technology vendors, and competitor services/offerings to optimize the client experience
Some of the responsibilities may include:
- Daily reconciliation of custodial data related to client activity and cost basis reporting
- Alternative investment processing and accounting
- Ability to navigate multiple client requests/inquiries associated with portfolio administration such as cashiering, asset movement, account opening, and custom reporting
- Accountable for ongoing maintenance of client portfolios
- Collaborating with 3rd-party vendors such as custodians, investment managers, service providers, and other business partners
- New relationship onboarding and initial funding
- Assisting the advisory team with client meeting preparation and performance reporting
- Preparing client correspondence and related paperwork
- Managing client expectations while adhering to regulatory/internal policies and best practices
