I began my career in finance as a part-time bank teller working my way through college. As Chief Operating Officer at Gibson Capital, my knowledge is grounded in nearly three decades of experience with registered investment advisory firms, custodians, fund families, and broker dealers. Today I oversee the firm’s operations and serve as a member of our Board of Managers. I lead our human resources program and contribute to our practice management and regulatory compliance efforts.
I earned the Society for Human Resources Management and Accredited Investment Fiduciary certified professional designations (SHRM-CP® & AIF®) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University.
I share my home in Wexford with the world’s sweetest rescue coonhound, Henry, and an endlessly determined puppy, Oliver. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and all things pop-culture. I am a proud member of the 100 Women Who Care giving circle in Pittsburgh.
