In his role as Client Service Team Leader, Tom is responsible for providing process guidance to our operations team and reviews their daily work for accuracy. 

Tom has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has worked at companies both small and large in the Pittsburgh region. He has spent a majority of these years in roles focusing on staff training, process development and improvement, and reconciliation. Tom is constantly striving to enhance operational processes to positively impact the client experience.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clarion University. He resides in Ambridge with his wife Jennifer. When he’s not working, Tom enjoys playing board games, singing karaoke, and reading.
