InvestmentNews engages with Best Companies Group to create this annual list. IN uses employee and employer surveys to gauge the pulse of the firm and see how well they align with its goal to find firms that “invest in creating a work atmosphere and culture that attracts the best employees.” Participation in this process is voluntary for each firm and advisor.
