Although the name of the award focuses on Financial Advisors, the survey encompasses every member of our firm, reflecting results that are a representation of engagement across all departments. We aspire to be a fantastic place to work for every member of our team, and their feedback provides us with valuable insights about how we are living up to that goal. Our consistent climb up the ranks, from #26 in 2021 to #12 in 2024, underscores our commitment to continuous improvement.
