Gibson Capital Celebrates Third Appearance on InvestmentNews’ Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors List

by Christine DeMao March 15th, 2024

We are delighted to make our third appearance on the InvestmentNews Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors list in the small firm category for 2024. This recognition is especially meaningful to us because of our commitment to fostering a thriving workplace where our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow and excel.

The Best Places to Work administrators analyzed our staff’s feedback through a comprehensive 77-question employee engagement and satisfaction survey that covered the categories of corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, leadership and planning, training and development, pay and benefits, and more.  Although the name of the award focuses on Financial Advisors, the survey encompasses every member of our firm, reflecting results that are a representation of engagement across all departments.  We aspire to be a fantastic place to work for every member of our team, and their feedback provides us with valuable insights about how we are living up to that goal.  Our consistent climb up the ranks, from #26 in 2021 to #12 in 2024, underscores our commitment to continuous improvement.

This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts of our team, whose passion, dedication, and talent drive our firm’s success. As we celebrate this news, we remain steadfast in our commitment to nurturing a workplace culture where collaboration flourishes. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible team members for making our firm not just a great place to work but a truly exceptional workplace.
